Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Rollout ("Rollout", "we", "us"), a service operated by Netsafe Solutions, collects, uses, and protects information when you use soundcloudrollout.com and the Rollout application (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account identity. When you sign in, our identity provider gives us your email address, a stable user identifier, and (where available) your display name. We never receive or store your password.
- SoundCloud connection. If you connect a SoundCloud account, we store the access and refresh tokens that authorize Rollout to publish on your behalf. We do not receive your SoundCloud password.
- Content you provide. Track files, artwork, titles, descriptions, release dates, and related metadata you add to the Service so it can be published to your SoundCloud account.
- Usage & technical data. Log data such as IP address, request times, browser/user-agent, and diagnostic events, used for security, reliability, and support.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service — authenticating you, and publishing your tracks and metadata to your own SoundCloud account at your direction.
- To secure, maintain, debug, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account, security, and support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train models or for advertising.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we process your information to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, to comply with legal obligations, and — where required — with your consent.
4. Service providers & disclosure
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, under obligations of confidentiality and security:
- Microsoft Azure — cloud hosting and data storage.
- Microsoft and Google — sign-in (authentication) providers you choose.
- SoundCloud — the platform to which you direct Rollout to publish your tracks.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, safety, or property, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
5. Data storage & security
Data is stored on Microsoft Azure and is encrypted at rest and in transit. Connection tokens and secrets are held in access-controlled storage. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required for legitimate business, legal, or security purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see below).
7. Your rights & choices
- Disconnect your SoundCloud account at any time, which revokes Rollout's stored tokens.
- Request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information.
- Depending on your location, you may have additional rights (e.g., under the GDPR or CCPA), including to object to or restrict certain processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, contact us at support@soundcloudrollout.com.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the Service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
